At, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, your unworn/unused garment or product does not meet with your expectations, we will gladly exchange or give a credit note within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that you will need to return your purchase, please keep your receipt as this will speed up the transaction. Items without proof of purchase will be exchanged at current selling prices.
We respectfully ask customers to return garments and products with the original packaging and sale tickets attached.
The above exchange policy does not apply to reduced priced items.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Online Returns Policy 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item you purchased online for whatever reason you may contact us by email at within seven days of purchase stating the reason for return. 

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, for the cost of the goods, less any delivery charge incurred. 

All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. 

The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund.
